3D Modeling
From the delimitation of the area of influence, the levels of heritage valuation were identified.
In addition, an Excel file was presented that contains the current regulations for these properties and the proposed regulations for the project.
The 3D model of the existing current heights was created, primarily to visualize the before and after of the proposal and also to understand the context in which the project would be developed.
The modeling of the proposed standard was divided into categories, including conservation buildings, proposed uses, and heights.
Different proposals were presented, and the one closest to a possible development was the non-enclosure of the plots but keeping each plot independent, with each one respecting the maximum height. Considering this, the modeling was carried out.
For a better understanding of the project, an axonometry was created at a general level, allowing visualization of the entire urban project.
And with it, also explain the different uses and dynamics that the project will have.
Furthermore, the presentation includes a axonometry centered on the block where the Tolima Theater is located, highlighting the proposed block center.
